My goal is to give advisors the clarity and confidence they need to prioritize their own financial futures.

Why Work With NewLeaf?
At NewLeaf, we understand the specific financial complexities faced by RIA business owners because we've been there ourselves. Our personalized approach ensures that your financial strategy aligns seamlessly with both your professional goals and personal values.
RIAs often overlook their own financial well-being. We empower them to prioritize their financial futures with thoughtful, evidence-based planning, fostering clarity and confidence for themselves and their families.
Let's Work Together
Let’s take the same thoughtful, evidence-based approach you offer your clients and apply it to your own financial future. In just 5 simple steps, we’ll assess your needs and see if we’re the right fit for you.
Meeting 1: Initial Conversation (60-min)
We start with a no-pressure, introductory meeting to get to know each other. We’ll discuss what you hope to get out of this potential relationship and whether NewLeaf is the right fit for your needs. If you have a partner or spouse, they will join us as well. After this conversation, if we agree to move forward, we’ll schedule the next steps.
Meeting 2: Clarify Your “Why” (60-min & 15-mins of pre-work)
We’ll explore what matters most to you in life through a values exercise. This allows us to use your values as a lens through which we view all future financial decisions. I hope you’ll leave this meeting feeling confident and energized to start living your ideal life with money as a tool.
Meeting 3: Get Organized (homework & online communication)
Together, we’ll organize your personal financial data through our secure online portal, ensuring a clear understanding of your current financial situation.
Meeting 4+: Collaboration (60-min, as many as we need!)
With your finances organized, we’ll begin to align them with your values. In our collaborative recommendations meeting, we’ll discuss the best steps to improve your financial picture, identifying the most meaningful and achievable next steps. We won’t create a 100 page financial plan, but we create a list of 3-5 actions we can put into place now to be more efficient.
Implementation & Execution (homework, possible meeting)
Now that we’ve outlined the next steps, it’s time for action! We’ll help implement the agreed-upon strategies to move you toward your financial goals.
